Complaints procedure
If the purchased product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged, please submit a complaint by following the steps below:
1. Email Submission: Please first send your submission to: hello@lepollengoods.com.
This step allows us to quickly identify the defect and speeds up the complaint processing process. In your message, please include:
- Provide your order number,
- A brief description of the defect,
Attach photos showing the damage or problem
2. Sending the product and complaint form: After submitting the complaint via e-mail, please fill out the complaint form (click to download) and send it together with the product you are complaining about and proof of purchase to our e-mail address.
