Please carefully check the condition of the shipment upon receipt.
In case of damage, it is essential to draw up a damage report or refuse to accept the package. This is crucial for us to be able to pursue claims for shipment damage. Without such a report, we will not be able to obtain compensation for the damaged package.

A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, in which case you will bear the direct costs of returning the ordered item to us.
The Store has the right to refuse to accept Goods in cases of returning damaged Goods, returning after the permissible deadline, or delivering Goods to the Store that are not full-value, i.e., incomplete, including (tags, sales receipt, protective cover, and gift bag).
All Goods offered in the Store are new. Photos of Goods are illustrative, as most goods are handmade from unique materials. Slight differences in product appearance may occur.
Goods made to order; according to the Customer's specifications or customized in such a way as to meet their individualized needs are not subject to exchange or return.
To return an item:
1. Fill out a brief return information form so we have information about your return and can efficiently receive it, and print the RETURN FORM (click to open)
2. Place the form and sales receipt in the box

- Ensure the bag is filled inside with the paper it came with
