This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Regulations of the Online Store available at www.lepollengoods.com and specifies the rules for the processing of personal data of Users using the online store operated by LE POLLEN Polina Kuhai with its registered office at ul. Personal data are processed by the Controller for the following purposes: conclusion and performance of the sales contract – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR (necessity to perform the contract), use of the contact form – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller), sending the newsletter – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR (voluntary consent), compliance with legal obligations, including tax obligations – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR, pursuing claims and conducting direct marketing – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the achievement of the above purposes.

The scope of personal data processed includes, among others: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, billing details, content of the message from the contact form, transaction history.

Personal data may be shared with IT service providers, hosting providers, and software providers (e.g., e-commerce platforms), payment operators (e.g., Przelewy24, PayPal), courier and logistics companies, accounting firms, and law firms cooperating with the Controller, as well as entities authorized under applicable law. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area only when using external tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). In such cases, the Controller ensures an adequate level of data protection in accordance with the GDPR, including through the use of standard contractual clauses.

Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for the time necessary to settle it, for the period required by law, in particular tax and accounting regulations, until the withdrawal of consent (in the case of data processing based on consent), and until the statute of limitations for any civil law claims.

Every data subject has the right to access their personal data, rectify it (correct or supplement it), delete it ("the right to be forgotten"), limit its processing, transfer the data to another controller, object to the processing, withdraw consent at any time (in the case of data processing based on consent), and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if the processing of the data violates the provisions of the law.
