Personal data are processed by the Controller for the following purposes: conclusion and performance of the sales contract – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR (necessity to perform the contract), use of the contact form – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller), sending the newsletter – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR (voluntary consent), compliance with legal obligations, including tax obligations – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR, pursuing claims and conducting direct marketing – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the achievement of the above purposes.

The scope of personal data processed includes, among others: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, billing details, content of the message from the contact form, transaction history.

In such cases, the Controller ensures an adequate level of data protection in accordance with the GDPR, including through the use of standard contractual clauses.
